BOOTH PRICING
VENDOR BOOTHS *
- Sidewalk Vendor Booth 10x10 Art, Craft or Retail Vendor Booth - $100 (Sat & Sun)
- Pier Plaza Vendor Booth 10x10 Art, Craft or Retail Vendor Booth - $175 (Fri Night & Sat ONLY)
NOTE: This year's event will not host food vendors.
CANCELLATION POLICY
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS after November 7, 2025. Credit for future events may be given under special circumstances. Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to foundation@hbchamber.net.
This is an outdoor event, there are no refunds in case of inclement weather (includes rain, extreme temperatures, and high winds), acts of nature, or restrictions by government agencies.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: October 31, 2025 at 6:00pm PST (after this time you relinquish your spot for a vendor on the waitlist)
ELIGIBILITY
Hermosa for the Holidays is open to artists, makers, and retailers. Our goal is to present a show with variety, quality, diversity, presentation and originality (as shown in your photographs). The Foundation reserves the right to limit the number of applicants for any one category. The submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance into the event.
Items not allowed to be sold at Hermosa for the Hoidays: stolen merchandise, pets, designer knock-offs, firearms, ammunition, alcoholic beverages, marijuana, cannabis edibles, drugs, knives, swords, X-rated items, or any other items deemed dangerous are not allowed on the event site. Violators will be expelled and fees will not be returned.
SELECTION PROCESS
The Hermosa for the Holidays committee will evaluate all applications at the end of September.
Note: Hermosa Beach Chamber Foundation has a 'No Exclusivity' policy; retail vendors that have participated in prior Hermosa events are not guaranteed acceptance.
CONFIRMATION
Jury results (acceptance or non-acceptance into the show) will be sent via email by October 16. Event details will be included with notice of acceptance into the show.
Required Documentation AFTER Acceptance into Event
- EITHER Seller’s Permit from the California State Board of Equalization OR a completed Swap Meets, Flea Markets, or Special Events Certification Form (#BOE-410-D)
- Certificate of Insurance with additional insured, please see the insurance requirements
- Health Department Application (food & beverage vendors only)
All paperwork is due on or before October 31, 2025.
OTHER TERMS
Booth assignments will be completed and sent via email the week of November 3, 2025. Assignment will only be given to booths that are paid in full. If payment isn’t received by the deadline the spot will go to a vendor on the waitlist.
Vendors must stay within their rented space - NO PUSHING DISPLAYS AND TABLES OUTSIDE TENT SPACE. Walkabout solicitation or “barking” is not permitted. You may only exhibit or sell items listed on your application. No food or drinks may be sold or sampled in your booth without securing the necessary health permits.
ECO-FRIENDLY EVENT
City of Hermosa Beach imposed ordinances, DO NOT use the below items in your booth:
- polystyrene (aka Styrofoam)
- plastic bags
- plastic straws
- balloons
- smoking
- A-frame (sandwich board) advertising outside of your booth space
Vendors found to be in violation of the Hermosa Beach environmental rules will be closed down indefinitely until the infraction is remedied. HBC Foundation will not refund any fees or loss of revenue.
PHOTOS FOR PUBLICITY
Vendors give Hermosa Beach Chamber Foundation permission to release photos, if taken, for publication and media. Hermosa Beach Chamber Foundation may use photos to promote the event, business or as they see fit.
EVENT RELEASE OF LIABILITY WAIVER
BY SUBMITTING THIS BOOTH ORDER I AM ACKNOWLEDGING AND AGREEING TO ALL THE ABOVE EVENT TERMS AND THE BELOW WAIVER OF LIABILITY – With my submission, I agree to waive, release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Hermosa Beach Chamber Foundation (“Foundation”), the City of Hermosa Beach (“City”), and all outsourced production staff and suppliers (“Production Staff”) from any and all liability, claims, and causes of action, including attorney’s fees and court costs, for injuries or damages to person or property arising out of my participation in Hermosa for the Holidays (Hermosa Holidays) except injury or damages deliberately or willfully caused. In addition, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 (and all variants) and voluntarily assume the risk that I and any business partners may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 (or a variant thereof) by attending a Festival and that such exposure or infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability, or death. I and my business partners voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to ourselves (including, but not limited to, personal injury, disability, and death), illness, damage, loss, claim, liability, or expense, of any kind, that we may experience or incur in connection with our attendance at Hermosa Holidays. On my behalf, and on behalf of my business partners (or booth staff), I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge, and hold harmless the City, the Foundation, Production Staff, their employees, agents, and representatives, of and from the Claims, including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind.
I HAVE CAREFULLY READ THIS DOCUMENT AND FULLY UNDERSTAND ITS CONTENTS. I AM AWARE THAT IT IS A FULL RELEASE OF ALL LIABILITY, ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND INDEMNITY AND BY SUBMITTING THIS ORDER I AM ACKNOWLEDGING AND AGREEING TO ALL EVENT TERMS AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY.
