How do I market to Chamber followers?
With our new marketing strategy, we offer members lots of options to reach viewers. Here are three ways you can leverage your membership now:
- Be featured in the Beach Bulletin (audience: South Bay community). First, reserve your spot by emailing info@hbchamber.net. Then submit a 1200x630px graphic and hyperlink and you'll be included in the next available issue. You may be included up to 6 times per year. The Beach Bulletin is emailed to the South Bay Community every other week.
- Promoted Emails: For a fee of $150, we can send a custom email with your content to our database of followers. Simply email info@hbchamber.net to reserve your spot.
- Tag @hermosachamber @hermosaone or @trulyhermosa in your Instagram and Facebook stories and posts. We automatically reshare all member stories. We also do our best to share post equally amongst our membership. Tagging us helps us know what content you would like shared!
- Add your events to our calendar at HBchamber.net. This automatically gets them included in our Beach Bulletin.
- Send us your DEALS and we'll add them to the Deals part of our website for all to enjoy. Anyone who submits for the Beach Bulletin (#1 above) automatically get added to Deals.

SOCIAL MEDIA ADVERTISING
We share your desired content on Facebook and Instagram to 3 different audiences. We have more than 20,000 fans. If you are a member and are consistently tagging us in your stories and posts, we will ALWAYS repost and share your business! WEEKLY MEMBER CENTER EMAIL
You'll receive an email EVERY MONDAY from the Chamber that includes community updates, business resources, upcoming events, funding sources, opportunities to get involved, and more. Feel free to add as many of your business representatives to our email list. Ask us how!
EMAIL MARKETING
Need your business to be in front of Hermosa fans? We can prepare a "Promotions Email" to be sent to all of our followers. Â $150 fee per email. Promotions emails to members are free. You will need to provide us with a single image graphic and a URL you would like us to link to the graphic. We only send out these emails once a week, so make sure you sign up fast! Email info@hbchamber.net to sign up.
EVENTS
We produce the Best of Hermosa Gala, Sidewalk Sales, St. Patrick's Day Parade, Fiesta Hermosa, Hermosa for the Holidays, New Years Eve Celebration in addition to networking opportunities and all-member meetings throughout the year. You'll get special invitations to participate in each one.

We can advertise your business in our free community bi-weekly newsletter (the Beach Bulletin. All new members and businesses are advertised automatically. But you can also include a Local Highlight ad or be listed in Events and News. We also have a promotions email list where deals are sent weekly to more than 6,000 emails. Please sign up yourself to receive this communications as they are not automatically sent to members.

The Chamber has a committee devoted to helping businesses have support during applications and inquiries with the City, questions related to owning a business in Hermosa, or other needs.
